In this episode, I speak about a "tower moment" when massive and rapid changes begin to happen, change the lens in which you view these changes. 

Also, just because its a "new year" does not mean that you have to go full force at everything that you want to accomplish, it's okay to take a break, its okay to give your body rest. We do not always have to be accomplishing or achieving things. It is your life and you get to decide at which speed you would like to go at.

- what hindering habits were you able to overcome? 
- what were the hardest moments of the past year and what did you learn about yourself through these tough moments?
-what are the things that you will stop, start, or continue to do.
